Pirouzfar & Shakerdoust become costars

Parsa Pirouzfar and Elnaz Shakerdoust are set to star together in the film ‘Ti Ti’.

Produced and directed by Ida Panahandeh, the announcement came following the beginning of the film’s pre-production phase.

The project will be Panahandeh’s fourth cinematic feature following ‘Nahid’, ‘Esrafil’, and ‘The Nikaido’s Fall’.

As with her previous films, the screenplay for ‘Ti Ti’ was written by Panahandeh and Arsalan Amiri.

Shakerdoust, who will be starring as Ti Ti, was the recipient of the 37th edition of the Fajr Film Festival’s Best Actress award for her performance in Narges Abyar’s award-winning ‘When the Moon was Full’.

She was previously featured on ifilm in Ali Ghaffari’s film ‘Red Light’.

Parsa Pirouzfar, the film’s first male actor, is currently starring as Rumi in Hassan Fathi’s biopic ‘Intoxicated with Love’.

He has had frequent appearances on ifilm series including lead roles in ‘In the Eye of the Storm’ and ‘The Green Journey’.
